Terms of sale

Trade accounts are for registered charities, auctioneers and event companies. We may approve or decline any application.

Prices shown are trade prices in pounds sterling, excluding VAT where applicable. Payment is due when you place your order, by card or by agreed bank transfer. Vouchers and supplier requests are issued once payment is received.

You must give accurate winner details (name, email, phone and address). We use them only to fulfil the lot. Wrong details may delay or prevent delivery.

Experience vouchers are valid for the period shown on the voucher. They are subject to the supplier's availability and terms, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not extended after expiry unless agreed in writing.

Items are made up by our suppliers with the winner's details and sent by tracked courier. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the winner on delivery.

Because each lot is personalised or issued to a named winner, orders cannot be cancelled once a voucher or supplier request has been issued. If a supplier can't fulfil a lot, we'll offer a replacement of similar value or a full refund.

You may use the descriptions and photos in your item pack to promote the lot in your auction, brochures and screens. You may not resell them separately.

We aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
