Privacy policy

For trade buyers: name, organisation, email and phone. For auction winners: name, email, phone, postal address and any message you add. Payment details are handled by our card payment provider and never stored by us.

To run your trade account, fulfil orders, send vouchers, receipts and shipping updates, and let our suppliers deliver lots. Our lawful basis is performing the contract with the buyer and our legitimate interest in delivering prizes to winners.

Only the supplier fulfilling a lot (winner name, contact details and address), couriers, and service providers who help us run the site, send emails and texts, and take payments.

Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Winner details are deleted or anonymised once the lot has been delivered and any queries are closed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@justdo.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
