How it works
Simple for you, magic for your winner.
Who can buy?
Registered charities, auction houses and event companies. Apply for a trade account and our team will approve you, usually within one working day.
When do I pay?
After your auction. Once someone has won a lot, sign in, choose it, enter the winner's details and pay by card.
What does the winner receive?
An email with their voucher code and a link to their voucher page explaining how to book or what's being shipped.
Who delivers the prize?
The supplier for that lot is emailed straight away with the winner's details. Experiences are booked directly with the winner; artwork and memorabilia are shipped to the address you give us.
Can I track it?
Yes — 'My orders' shows each order's status, and you're emailed when the item ships.
